SENSOR ENCLOSURE
Led the end-to-end development of a smoke sensor enclosure, progressing from initial concept through prototyping to mass production. The unit features a red, UL94 V-0 rated Carima fire-retardant resin body and a clear Loctite IND405 resin component for the LED strobe.

Silicone gaskets
Engineered from high-purity silicone resin, our 3D-printed gaskets are designed to achieve an IP65 ingress protection rating. We offer fully customizable geometry and sizing to meet the requirements of diverse industrial applications
Bracket
A custom magnetic gauge bracket engineered for critical fire suppression systems. Manufactured using Carima Rigid Black resin, this component was developed to meet rigorous customer specifications, offering high rigidity and industrial-grade durability.

ARM REST
Boeing 737-300 Armrest Cover Replacement
Developed a replacement armrest cover for a Boeing 737-300 seating configuration. The component was produced through 3D scanning and reverse engineering to ensure an exact fit. To meet aviation safety standards, the part was manufactured using color-matched grey Carima fire-retardant resin (UL94 V-0).

TAG
We successfully developed a specialized fire extinguisher tag for DRC using a high-performance, weatherproof green Carima resin. The material properties allow for clean mechanical punching, while the engraved surface supports custom branding and versatile color-matching for logos. This solution provides a highly durable and customizable identification system for the fire service industry

Discontinued Bearing Guide Recovery
This bearing guide was successfully reverse-engineered after the original part was discontinued by the manufacturer. Utilizing LOCTITE® IND406, we provided a high-durability replacement solution for our UK-based customer, ensuring minimal operational downtime.

Integrated High-Temperature Light Cover
By utilizing 3D scanning and reverse engineering, we redesigned a standard 520mm fluorescent light cover. We improved the original design by consolidating the separate lens and frame into a single, streamlined component. The final part was manufactured using a clear, high-temperature resin capable of withstanding up to 150°C
